R&R Food Quality vof is a joint venture of BUREAU VAN ROSSEM and CAPRICORN PROJEKT exclusively providing QA expertise and training.

BUREAU VAN ROSSEM is a professional consultancy, training and management support firm specialized in the development of quality control systems for food of animal origin. The firm has ample experience in organizing and conducting training on HACCP, RBC, IKB, GMP, ISO 900X, ISO 22000:2005 procedures and assists companies in the practical implementation of these procedures. Staff is qualified and ISO 9002 certified to render services and audits in the field of quality control systems in the food processing industry. In addition BUREAU VAN ROSSEM has ample practical experience in the management of quality control units.  BUREAU VAN ROSSEM and its staff have been directly involved in providing such services to businesses of different sizes in Western Europe (The Netherlands, Germany, Denmark and Portugal) as well as in Central and Eastern Europe (Slovenia, Macedonia and Bulgaria).

CAPRICORN PROJEKT BV  has supported the training of staff and provision of expertise in the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Surinam. Staff of the company has been directly involved in meat sector development activities and provides expertise to the fish processing industry and to bakeries and confectionary enterprises.

R&R Food Quality is active in The Netherlands, Surinam and Bulgaria, where it actively support the activities of its partner R&R Balkan EOOD and of its daughter company RDP Balkan OOD.
